Our donut latex balloons are carefully handmade and are not industrial mass-produced products. Due to the handmade production process, the balloons are more delicate, and careful handling is strongly recommended.

Please note that balloons may generally pop unexpectedly or prematurely. This risk is additionally increased with modified or handmade balloons and does not constitute a product defect. Complete airtightness, absolute durability, or a specific lifespan cannot be guaranteed for handmade latex products. Overinflation, high temperatures, sharp objects, or improper use may further affect durability.

As each balloon is individually handmade, shape, seams, and overall workmanship may vary slightly. The seams are not machine-made and therefore may not be perfectly identical or flawless. Small visual differences between balloons are normal and make each piece unique. We powder each balloon ourselves.

In addition, glue residue, small wrinkles, uneven areas, or visible signs of handcrafting may be present, especially around the seam area. In rare cases, the seam may partially loosen in certain areas. These characteristics are production-related and do not constitute a defect or valid reason for complaint.

Each balloon is carefully inspected before shipping.
