We know that many of our customers attach particular importance to neutral and inconspicuous packaging. That's why you won't find any information on our packaging about what's inside the parcel or where it comes from. For parcels outside the EU, we are obliged to provide a customs declaration. We endeavour to make this as inconspicuous as possible.

We always strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. That's why we make every effort to ensure that your parcel arrives quickly. You can therefore expect a maximum of 2-4 working days to Germany and around 5-10 working days to other near EU countries (after processing time).

All our orders are packed by ourselves. In addition, every balloon is checked by us before it reaches you. If something should be damaged, we ask for your indulgence, even we sometimes make mistakes. Of course we will refund the price of damaged balloons immediately.
