A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Michael Pasti, Reisachstraße 4, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany, Tel.: +491737027510, Email: michael.pasti@nastila.de, of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or email. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of cancellation online on the website at https://nastila-balloons.com/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
- Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
