Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days, and for international deliveries, depending on the destination country, 5–7 business days or more after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in the case of prepayment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one parcel unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In such cases, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Combined Orders and Flat Shipping Fees

For organizational reasons, we reserve the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer into a single shipment.
In such cases, there will generally be no automatic refund of any additional flat shipping fees paid, as these fees cover not only postage but also costs for packaging, personnel, and logistics.

However, we review each case individually and may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund of the shipping fee (e.g. for saved postage) as a gesture of goodwill.
