How do you ensure that my balloons are packaged discreetly and that you cannot see what is in the package?
We do not use any logos, labels or stickers on our plain outer packaging, i.e. what you receive from the parcel carrier, that indicate where and who the parcel comes from. Accordingly, you can't tell that there are balloons in the package. Only the first and last name of the shop owner is shown as the sender on your package.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Depending on when you placed your order, it may take a different amount of time for your order to be processed. For orders on working days you can expect around one day, for orders on weekends and public holidays you can usually expect 2-3 days. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
How long does it take until I receive my goods?
Also, just as with the processing of orders, no precise information can be provided. As a rule, delivery with our shipping service provider DHL and Deutsche Post takes around 2-5 working days. Depending on the time of order, deviations from the specified time period may occur. In this case we ask for your understanding.
What if I notice that the goods are damaged when I open them?
If you notice that the goods are damaged in any way when opening your package, please contact us as soon as possible. You can do this either using the contact form on our website or by contacting us by email at info@nastila-balloons.com stating your order ID.
Can I exchange balloons after they have been used?
No, used balloons that have already been inflated cannot of course be exchanged. This also applies to balloons that burst when inflated. Only balloons that have defects before use, such as small holes or tears, can be exchanged. However, wrinkles do not count as defects as they are simply due to storage and cannot be avoided.
What if shipping time takes longer than stated?
If the shipping time takes longer than stated, we ask you to remain patient. Small deviations in delivery times can occasionally occur, over which we or our shipping service provider have no influence. However, if the deviation is unusually high, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
